At Divorce Concierge International, all purchases and service fees are final and non-refundable. Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our concierge and consulting services, we are unable to issue refunds once a payment has been processed.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage all clients to review service details carefully and contact our team with any questions prior to purchasing or enrolling in a service package.

In certain cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer service credits or rescheduling options if circumstances warrant an adjustment; however, this does not constitute an obligation or modification of our no-refund policy.
